Dr.K.Gopakumar holds B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.Tech in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation. He received his Ph.D (Faculty of Engineering and Technology) in Chaos Theory and Applications from University of Kerala. He worked as Assistant Engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Lucknow Division from 1986-1987. Since 1988, he is with academia, having more than 30 years of teaching experience. He has retired as Professor & Head, Department of ECE from TKM College of Engineering Kollam in 2020. He has produced 4 Ph.Ds and has over 45 publications to his credit, including four textbooks. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Life Fellow of the Institution of Engineers India (IEI) and IETE. Currently he is working as the Coordinator, IQAC of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala.
